During our private coaching session, we focus on four main areas as follows:

• Self-Awareness (Clarifying who you are to include strengths, weaknesses, vision, values, opportunities, and threats/fear)
• Intentions (Clarifying where you want to be, reinforcing your strengths, setting goals and objectives)
• Strategic Direction (Clarifying how to get to where you want to be with action plan and timeline)
• Success Factors (Clarifying key deliverable for success)

Over time, our awareness of each of these domains expands, revealing greater range of choice of power and possibilities. Our coaching methodology is a facilitative one-to-one approach with individuals or key executives in an organization. Our coaching practice also extends to group coaching for maximum talent capacity. It is for the benefit of the individual client, with the focus on organizational performance or development, although there may also be a personal component as well. Results are measured against the performance requirements of the organization for the individual being coached.

Coaching Packages:

There are several coaching packages available to meet your personal and professional needs.  

 Session Time:

Coaching is scheduled at the mutual convenience of Trafton International Consulting Group and Client. Any missed session will be made up before proceeding to the next session. There will be no refund or credit for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled session

Termination:

The Client may cancel at anytime. Cancellation must be in writing or E-mail. Payments will continue until cancellation is completed.

Confidentiality:

Trafton International Consulting Group, LLC recognizes that the Client may have future plans, business affairs, customer lists, financial information, job information, goals, personal information, and other private information. Trafton International Consulting Group will not at anytime, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use any information for Trafton International Consulting Group’s own benefit, or disclosure, or communicate this information to a third party. Trafton International Consulting Group will not voluntarily divulge that Trafton International Consulting Group and the Client are in a coaching relationship without the expressed written or verbal permission of the Client.
